Yêu cầu hoàn tiền

Xin chào! Cách đây 2 ngày Apple đã trừ 79.000 VNĐ trong tài khoản mình và biết được việc này từ đợt mình đăng kí dung lượng ICloud tuy nhiên mình không có ý định gia hạn mua tiếp. Nên mình đã gửi yêu cầu hoàn tiền. Đến thời **** hiện tại, Apple đã chấp nhận yêu cầu hoàn tiền của mình và bảo rằng đã hoàn tiền. Thế nhưng khi mình vào kiểm tra tài khoản ngân hàng, vẫn chưa có khoản tiền nào được chuyển về tài khoản của mình cả.

Thế là do có trục trặc trong quá trình hoàn tiền hay là do phải chờ nữa ạ ? Nhờ anh chị kiểm tra giúp em
