Install Mojave on MACBOOK PRO 2015 with no wifi.

I have a 2015 MacBook Pro with Monterey installed, the Wi-Fi card doesn't work anymore and I can't install a USB wi-fi card as it's no longer supported on this version of OS. I would like to download the installer from Mac Store but it won't let me because the only Mac I have with internet connect is a M1 and it says this device is not compatible. How on earth is this so difficult to do something so simple ?

Where can I get the files to make an installer USB ?
