Music airplay2 sonoma soundcard issue

Since upgrading to Sonoma 14.0, but continues in 14.1, had issues with Airplay to multiple devices and concurrently to my main sound output when docked. Rebooting fixes for current session but returns later. Using Focusrite Scarlet 6i6 and Caldigit dock. Ethernet and WIFi enabled.

Open Music. If airplay selection was only Mac everything is fine but when additional networked apple speakers and/or my Yamaha reciever are selected, audio drops on Mac but plays fine on networked devices. After de-selecting network speakers audio returns to Mac. Reboot, everything is fine (all devices play audio simultaneously) again. Normally I use Etherent when docked but doesn't seem to make any difference.
