Plz remove the important Battery message pkz

I doubt there is an "issue" with the battery...if it's been replaced by a third party the serial number won't match what the logic board is expecting.

Any other battery than the one that came pre-installed, even a new, genuine Apple replacement battery will cause the same message unless the phone is programmed by Apple. Therefore the only way to remove the message would be to have the battery replaced by an Authorized service provider

Did you have the battery replaced with a non-genuine part?

If this is the case, you will not be able to remove the message. It will stay there to notify you or a future owner that the device contains a non-genuine part and you may experience unexpected results.

The only way to ‘remove’ this messages is to fix the issue with battery.

On my 12 Pro running 17.2.1 the message became less persistent after a couple weeks. The red dot on the settings icon as well as the message within disappeared. However under the "battery" menu the message remains and health info still won't display. The health info is still reported by hardware and can be viewed in a third party computer program such as 3uTools available on both Mac and PC
