I deleted a contact yesterday that I would like back. How could I do so?

This will work only if you have Contacts turned on in iCloud settings:

You can restore contacts from the iCloud, login your iCloud, scroll down to Data Recovery, tap or click on it and select restore contacts
Are you syncing contacts in iCloud?
Go to settings> your name> iCloud>show all, and check if contacts are toggled on, if they are, if you login your iCloud with the iphone or an iPad on the bottom you have your plan, your storage and data recovery
Once I go into iCloud and to the bottom, what is shown for me is Advanced Data Protection and Access ICloud Data on the web. I don’t see Data Recovery. I have IPhone 13 Pro Max.
