When will apple add gift gaff to the Apple Watch

I’m currently a giffgaff customer and looking at an Apple Watch with cellular as I’m not allowed my phone at work. However I’m not willing to spend hundreds of pounds on an Apple Watch when giffgaff is not on the support list even tho they work together with o2.
