Where can I find the ventura 13.5 update from Monterey 12.7?

This would be the most recent version of Ventura
Though and only IF there is a specific need for Ventura 13.5
Terminal command below
Suggest Copy and Paste into Terminal
The press the Return Key
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 13.5
It will manually download the Full Version ( 12.xx GB ) in size
It would place a new application in the Applications Folder called " Install Ventura "
Launch it like any other application and follow the prompts
Do not forget to perform a Time Machine Before any upgrading is done
