MacBook Pro M3 pro max - Keyboard quit working

Hey, so triple click the fingerprint key and it'll bring up the accessibility menu, if the mouse 🐁 is check marked, uncheck it and it should resolve the problem. That's how it worked with me when my m3 pro keyboard wasn't working

You should probably arrange to have Apple run diagnostics.

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

1. Go to Accessibility
2. click Pointer Control
3. Disable all the 3 options given in there.

How does that fix a keyboard that isn't working at all? How do you recommend someone access these settings without a working keyboard?
