iMessage Green but with Delivered Status Underneath

I tried to text a friend of mine who has an iPhone. I had blue texts originally, but then the last message I sent turned from blue to green right after I sent it. What’s confusing is that the green message says “Delivered” underneath. I know that green messages show up when you’re texting a person with an Android device, but this is not the case. Did this person block me?
