Creating a shaker to follow the tempo of a click track that has tempo variations

So we purchase song multi tracks from multitracks.com. Some of the songs we purchase has tempo variations during the song. These songs come with a click track that follows the tempo variations, so it guides you of the correct tempo all through the song. I am needing to make a shaker track that I have already built that would be in the same time signature and tempo of the song, I need to make that shaker track follow or match the click track with the tempo variations. I know how to make this happen manually by dragging the individual beats but that takes a lot of time. I was hoping there was an easier way to make it happen automatically. Hopefully that makes since. Thank you
