I forgot my encryption password, what can i do now?

Will you won't be able to use that backup since you don't know the password.

You can try doing quick as outlined here Transfer data from your previous iOS or iPadOS device to your new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Then you can disabled the password for future backups click here Disable iOS backup encryption - Apple Community
