Will my iPhone with an eSim only bought through ATT be able to be used with another carrier?

That depends. If you financed it through AT&T, is it now completely paid off?
If it is, have you contacted AT&T and had the phone unlocked?
If it is not, no. You can’t.
If it is unlocked, you can use it with another carrier so long as they support eSIM on the iphone.
