Typing sounds and sound effects get louder when turning volume down??

Please help me, I am going mad with this issue!!

I have a weird issue with my iPhone15 pro Max. At random times of the day my sound of my phone would get so loud, I would notice when I get a message or phone call. The volume would be on max however when I turn the volume down, my typing volume and other sound effects goes up???

So basically if i turn the volume to max, my tying/lock sounds are normal but my phone rings/messages are LOUD!

If I turn my volume down to normal levels for the Ring/messages, the typing it crazy loud.

Workarounds:

If I turn my phone off and back on it fixes the issue, but randomly comes back, day, min, hour...

This was also happening with my previous phone 13 pro hence why I got the 15.
