Getting shocked while charging the iphone

My iphone 13 shocked me while charging when I touch the metal part of the camera lens.is that normal?

The phone rings around the cameras are metal. If it's cold and dry where you are it could have been a static electricity discharge. It may not have had anything to do with the fact you were charging your iPhone. If you are concerned however, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation.
