Hello I recently have been trying to purchase a iPhone 15 Pro Max and i purchased it on the 6th i believe and for the last 3 days ive been getting an apple charge to my account for 0.00$ and always says pending and I have no idea what that is, so does anyone have any idea what that means?
Apple does not submit a charge for a device until it ships. It's always been that way.
As for the daily charges, we are not Apple but end users like you and cannot check their records. As long as they are zero, I would not worry about it. It could be their verifying the account, but there is no way for us to know. For that part, you need to talk to Apple and they will not see your query here.
