Notes App doesn'n work

I tried all ways but notes app is not responding and crash repeatly.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.1

Please restart in Safe Mode and then restart normally and then retest Notes.

By chance do you have any of the following types of third party apps installed:

Antivirus
Cleaning
Security
VPN
Maintenance

If you do, please tell us what is installed.
