I had to delete everything off my phone because not everyone in my contacts was I able to call. So after everything was setup, security measures, I was able to recover all my notes and reminders, but all alarms and texts were deleted. Texts were very important. How can I retrieve them?

Recovering Deleted Messages:
What to Consider:
A. View Recently Deleted:
As of the release of iOS16, Recently Deleted is a folder included in the iOS. So, check in there.
B. Restore from Today's Backup:
Restore your iPhone from a backup of it that contains these messages, and you could recover them. Note that the backup needs to be of the same iOS as what is currently installed, as you cannot downgrade to an earlier iOS version.
C. Check your Carrier's Site:
Log in to your carrier's site, seeing if you can view the log. Doing so myself, I can see it 90 days back.
