I can't remove an unknown bluetooth device connected to my iPhone 12 Pro

On Sunday my iphone 12 pro was hacked through blue tooth. There is a serious flow in the iphone that allows this to happen. The hackers tried to take over my phone and although I reset the phone, its still not acting right. I also switched to an esim. Random bluetoth connections are still trying to connect and my phone clearly ceases up. They stole my apple id and greyed out all my phone options . I am only using the phone to make calls. Awesome use of $1000 phone. Apple takes zero accountability. My earpods will also show connected even when not in use. Get with it apple.
