This is really hard to say. People who know the tax laws of Germany and Turkey would probably be the best people to ask. Keep in mind Value Added Tax, and import duties may apply depending on the direction of travel and the actual place purchased. You will also want to consider if your credit card has foreign transaction fees. Many do when currency conversion takes place. As Turkey is not a Euro based country, it will definitely face those fees if a credit card has them.
