If you forgot your iPhones password there's a few things we can try.

Boot into recovery mode:

If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support

After getting into recovery mode you can connect too iTunes and it should appear. From here you can restore from a backup that you remember the password on.

Password:

Due to apples security and measures you will not be able to unlock the iPhone when connected to iTunes. iTunes may allow you to try passwords again but if you can't remember, then the last thing to do would be to erase and restore your iPhone or restore it from a backup to which has a password you remember.
