3 month Apple Arcade offer for new devices is not available for me

I bought a Mac Mini M2 directly from Apple a week ago and the 3-month offer is not showing. The 1-month trial offer does. I don't believe I have tried this service in the past.

When I googled the offer of 3 months of Apple Arcade, I noticed it includes new devices such as "Mac". It doesn't actually say iMac, or MacBook Pro, or Mac mini.

When I click on the "get started" button at this link https://apps.apple.com/gb/story/id1535574614 , App Store opens and it presents a 1 month free offer for new devices.

Surely this can't be right? I saw the offer before buying the Mac mini, and it was one of the reasons that motivated me to spend this money but at the moment this looks like false advertisement.

What can I do?
