Missing Photos

I upgraded my storage plan for I cloud then I did a successful I cloud back up. Then I got a new phone and logged into it with my iCloud and am missing two months of photos. I’ve had the I cloud photos turned on. I’m at a loss. I want to know if there is any way to retrieve them.

I deleted from photos from my phone then five months latter they disappeared from my cloud storage why is my photos deleting from the cloud when i have deleted them from my phone five months previously. i needed extra data on my iphone that's why i deleted the photos . The photos deleted with in the last seven days from the cloud, can i recover them ??

See the related article above. If you have icon photos enabled, photos are not part of your backup but will sync once you log into your iCloud account. Anything in iCloud will sync to your devices.
