Have reset my phone .. nope, no help. Have shut it down & powered back up, again no help .. what is wrong with this Apple?!!!!

We as customers pay too much money for these phones to begin with & you give us an update that screws us more ... come on now!! Fix this **** already!!

I want to go back to the past update .. is there a way?

I am having AWFUL issues with my iPhone since the 17.1.1 upgrade. THIS SUCKS!!! I can no longer scroll through my text messages when typing a new one. The phone locks up… I cannot log onto sites where I work for my business as it constantly freezes and won't let me in on the webpage. The keys have a delay. I think the most frustrating is it FREEZES & locks up... I want my old phone back PLEASE!! Take this awful, poorly constructed upgrade off of my iPhone!!! My phone is new so it's not the phone. It's this crappy upgrade apple sent that ruined it!

17.1.1 has stopped photo sharing via the Photos app on both iPhone 12 mini and iPad. bUT it doesn’t do the same thing every time. Sometimes it looks as if it will share but no response when airdrop/message/whatsapp is clicked. Sometimes just blank screens when trying to select photo, usually no one appears in the person select list. Also noticing other weird glitchy things in other Apple apps (safari/contacts etc).

I’ve done these things. Nothing fixes the problem! I can’t call out and don’t receive most of my calls. This is a terrible problem and I need it to be fixed NOW! Please help us. We all depend on our phones. It’s impossible to get help in person because the lines are so long at the APPLE store, it takes hours to get service. Besides, they don’t know what to do either.

I use my phone as a business line and have lost thousands and thousands of dollars since this update! When I go out of phone service calls forward to my wife so that she can receive Towing request and dispatch them out to our drivers. When the calls don’t forward and just hit my voicemail, I sometimes can’t check them for hours on end as I am out of phone service. Now I have drivers who are not getting work and customers who are going to competitors. Fix this, and fix it now!

Apple keep deleting some messages here. No idea why, as they all seem to be (including mine) perfectly appropriate and asking them to fix the problem, but they delete them. I imagine they will delete this message given I have said that. As a company Apple I am really disappointed with you. All of my company computers and phones are Apple products. But you just keep ignoring the problems you have caused. Sad really. You could just accept and acknowledge that you have messed up, and solve the problems for everyone.

I have the same problem. As soon as I updated to the IOS version 17.1.1, I was not getting incoming calls. All callers said that the phone went directly to voicemail. My husband also has the same problem on his SE Apple phone. Went into call forwarding to make sure it was turned off. ALso going into settings/general/software/update, and there is no way to roll back the update. This is the worst update Apple has ever done and they need to fix it immediately. We are going to the Apple Store and compain as soon as they open up. BOO Apple.

Hi, my mom has an iPhone SE. I forgot which generation it is, but she had this exact same problem. For two days she was unable to make calls. She went into the Verizon store and they told her to turn off automatic updates which she did because she didn’t want her phone to update without her knowing about it. She was told she might need a new Sim card or an eSim card. I don’t know if the staff at Verizon popped out her Sim card out of her phone as part of the troubleshooting process but anyway, she was able to call me today and I was able to call her. So either it resolved on its own or popping the Sim card out and then back in worked. Best of luck to you guys and best of luck if any of you were trying to help your parents troubleshoot on their phone.

I don’t like that I can’t go to my saved, recent calls and do what I want. I’m always accidentally making a phone call now when I just wanted to see who called and if they left a message. It’s really a bad update. This phone access/use has to go back to the way it was or I’m going with android. You sure did make it easy to say that iPhone is definitely the worst choice now!

I don’t know what to do. I raised my ringer volume all the way up but I still am not hearing anything when I get a call. I just received a call from my doctor and I missed it because I didn’t hear the ring! I tried calling my voicemail because there is a 1 there notifying me that I have a message but it said there is no messages! I called my doctor back and their machine says they are closed now. What good is a phone that doesn’t work. Please help us now!!!!
