What is the FolderActionsDispatcher.app? Is it safe?

This app just started appearing recently on my iMac. I think it appeared after I updated to OS Sonoma 14.0.

It pops up every time I log on to the computer.

Can anyone tell me what this folder is on my Mac? I see a folder called "ZeoliteEvalExtension" and when I do some research, it's linked to Malware/Adware. I have checked and I have no extension on my Mac and when I press "get info" on the folder, the name of it is "com.apple.zeolite.ZeoliteEvalExtension". I know it has "com.apple" in the name, but I just want some reassurance this isnt actually linked to the Zeolite Adware. Thanks!

Random folders in my Mac HD I'm not sure when these appeared but there are now random folders that have appeared when I click into my Mac HD from the desktop (please see photo). Most are greyed out and I'm not sure what they are for. Before I just had the usual list of Applications, Library, System, and Users. Is this normal for macOS and if it is, is there a way to hide them?

random files on macbook when I open finder on my MacBook and search "app" many different folders pop up and I don't know if their taking up space or if their useless. one example is when I downloaded a music app on my MacBook and when I typed "app" in finder all different folders of what looks like ads? also their are videos for example a trailer for a game. I would just like to know more about these files and folders
