What is the FolderActionsDispatcher.app? Is it safe?

This app just started appearing recently on my iMac. I think it appeared after I updated to OS Sonoma 14.0.

It pops up every time I log on to the computer.

How do I know if a hidden folder appearing in my iMac Finder is legitimate? The following folder just appeared in my "Apps" list in my IMac Finder: IACPLHttpTransferClient. I searched and saw that it might be a hidden folder becoming visible, so I went to the Terminal utility and typed "defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles False; killall Finder". Random folders in my Mac HD I'm not sure when these appeared but there are now random folders that have appeared when I click into my Mac HD from the desktop (please see photo). Most are greyed out and I'm not sure what they are for. Before I just had the usual list of Applications, Library, System, and Users. Is this normal for macOS and if it is, is there a way to hide them?

CentralGeo folder??? I have a folder in my app folder called "CentralGeo." I have no idea what it does. I have tried to delete it several times. Keeps coming back. Is this something in the new OS? Or a Trojan horse? Thanks MP
