I can’t connect my Clip4 JBL and I can’t find an JBL app with it listed. My iohone15 pro won’t connect

The device should have come with a Quick Start guide. Follow the instructions in that to use Bluetooth to connect to your iPhone. You don't need an app - use the Bluetooth setting on your iPhone. Go to Settings > Bluetooth
