You can delete or rename any hidden zsh related profiles which begin with a dot. In particular the "~/.zshrc" file which contains the bad command and/or command path "/Users/<username>/.oh-my-zsh/oh-my-zsh.sh". You can also edit the "~/.zshrc" file and correct or comment out the line with that path & command. Of course doing this may break some third party apps or utilities which may have modified your zsh profile files(s). Usually best to edit the file to comment out the bad line or to correct it.
FYI, on my clean install of Ventura, I have no local zsh profile files in my home user folder. Anything in your home user folder for a zsh configuration file was added by you or some third party app you have installed such as oh-my-zsh.
