If i understand correctly you forgot the password to your iPhone? If so no worries i'm here to help!
Boot into recovery mode:

After getting into recovery mode you can connect too iTunes and it should appear. From here you can restore from a backup that you remember the password on.
Can i recover my password?
Due to apples security and measures you will not be able to unlock the iPhone when connected to iTunes. iTunes may allow you to try passwords again but if you can't remember, then the last thing to do would be to erase and restore your iPhone or restore it from a backup to which has a password you remember.
