Buying AppleCare problems
Hi, I’m trying to purchase Apple Care for my new IPhone 15 Pro.
I authorise the payment with my bank and then confirm it with Apple (the last step in the process) only to get ‘error try again’ message. I have tried again repeatedly but keep failing at that last stage. Very frustrating.
I then went in manually to pay with a different card and got to the same stage, only to get ‘error, try again’ message again!
I know there is a phone number you can call in the US but Im in Ireland.
