Populate new replacement iPhone 12 with everything from the last phone via iCloud

I’m trying to put all my information apps etc. onto my new replacement phone last one was lost or stolen but my iCloud doesn’t have much on it. I must have another iCloud with all the information what do I do try different iCloud names or Gmail etc.?
