Could not sign in iTunes and app store

Start here, check the network connection:

You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

👉 If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.

If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

Go ahead and contact Apple by going to lower left an clicking on Support or inside link above.

If not post back with more details.

If you have an outdated iPhone that cannot be updated any more, many apps will not be able to download.

Outdated iPhone no longer meets the requirements for many apps.

Perhaps you need a newer iPhone?

Considering a newer type of iPhone?

just wanna try to use the old phone for livestreaming purpose but I think it won’t happen coz I couldn’t get to to connect the App Store to download the app I need.

If you use the same Apple ID on both your iPhone, download the app from your iPhone SE 2020.

Then go to -> Settings -> App Store -> scroll to Automatic Downloads.

App Downloads -> turn in On.

-> Automatically install free and paid apps purchased on other devices.

Then do the same on the 'old' iPhone (if possible), go to -> Settings -> App Store -> scroll to Automatic Downloads.

App Downloads -> turn in On.

-> Automatically install free and paid apps purchased on other devices.
