Sync Motif 4.0.0 Project Between Different Macs

Hi,

Could you help me on how to sync a Motif Project from a Mac Pro with Big Sur and a MacBookAir with a Ventura MacOS ? Sync manually wouldn't be an option to use Motif.

I had already duplicated the project library, but I can't find a way to export and import the project, for instance.
