MacBook Pro 13" Mid 2012 keeps restarting I found my old MacBook Pro 13" Mid 2012 and it keeps restarting, time after time. I've tried restoring in Safe Mode and all OK. Have run Disk First Aid and all OK, but will not restart normally. Have tried resetting NVRAM/PRAM and SMC but no different. 2017 MacBook pro keeps restarting 2017 intel MacBook pro keeps restarting. Sometimes it will be a black screen with a square with a question mark in it. The first time the square appeared, I followed the instructions and reinstalled the MacOS (Ventura 13.7.8). The issue was not resolved. My macbook still continues restarting randomly because of an issue and the square with the question mark still occasionally appears. I attached the kernel log that comes up every time it restarts.

Please determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support.

If you are still unable to log in, you will need to boot from that Mac's original, grey, System Install DVD to "repair" its startup disk. It may or may not be successful.
