Location info not working in shared album

Despite checking ‘share location’ data in options, shared album pics do not show location. I even also tried, ‘share data’ but still no luck.

Like you, in sharing my photos via iCloud, none of the info makes the transition. In my case, I worked on restoring old family photos for more than a decade, then posted them on iCloud, only to see all of the labeling disappear.
