I was curious if anyone could answer my question…
to fill a stand line on my watch it says I need to stand 1 minute but I need to stand for 2minutes and walk or do jumping jacks
to fill my line….. is there a setting I need to change? Can I fix it?

There are no settings to adjust for Stand time. Stand may be a slight misnomer in that it is more important to move rather than actually stand.
I do not work for Apple. So the best that I can do is to provide some insight into how something works, not why.
BTW, if you stood perfectly still (as a statue) for an hour, I'm not sure how the watch would know you are standing. Also, I have found that I can remain seated as long as I keep moving my arm (as though I were drinking or saluting) for about a minute to get credit for the stand time.
OK, I understand that, but it makes no sense to have to stand it and move. It’s not a move ring it’s a stand ring so you just should just have to stand.
