App Store Widget Blank

Currently Using IOS 17.1.1 but the Apple App Store widget is showing a constant blue block. It is ruining the look of the iPad and nothing is working to fix it like restarting the iPad, resetting the home screen, etc.

Widget goes blurry on lock screen. Hi, I recently noticed my widgets are going blurry on IOS 16.02, always on screen, when the iphone is getting locked and always on screen get dimmed. any idea what the problem is?
