Troubleshooting iPhone Update:

Why the Error? there is an error connecting to Apple's update servers..

Update Using a Computer and Ethernet:

Try updating via a computer. Go Here: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip.

Using Ethernet:

If you cannot use Wi-Fi, then use Ethernet. On the computer, you would connect it through Ethernet, going directly into your router. For a Mac (or PC) that does not have Ethernet, this would be the adapter to use: Belkin USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter - Apple

What is enough storage? Are you receiving an error message? Also…and it may seem like a silly question but apparently this keeps coming up so it seems to be confusing for some users….when you say you have enough storage are you referring to physical storage on your device (in settings under general and about the number for Available is sufficient) or are you referring to the amount of iCloud storage you have available? Some people keep thinking having a lot of iCloud storage space available means they have enough storage for updates as if it adds additional storage capacity on their device when it doesn’t.

I have enough storage to update my iPhone but it still not allowing me to update.
