Macbook Air Overheating and boots to apple logo

Its screen was severely damaged and was affected by water from an air humidifier. The amount of water was not to a large extent. I had removed the screen and the computer booted fine to an external display. After a while the computer would no longer boot and would sit at the Apple logo. I’ve tried DFU restore and revive and that hasn’t worked. I’ve tried resetting NVRAM and everything else you could think of. I’ve tried going into diagnostics mode and it sits on the Apple logo. The CPU does get insanely hot and dangerously hot to touch. It sits on Apple logo no matter what key combination you press and that’s it.

I’m stuck on where to go and how to test for shorts or test if a certain component is dead.
