Can the IPad6 load updates to a 1TB stick to do the update to my maxed out 32gb ipdad?
I have a 1TB stick on order, wonder can you download the update 3.6gb to my stick and update ipad6-32gb only about . 4gb left of free space.

You cannot update your iPad from external USB storage.
If your internal storage is full, your only option is to better manage the storage that you have - and delete unused Apps or unneeded data.
