Cinema Display Camera Not Recognized by Zoom/Google Meet

I'm using an LED Cinema Display as an external monitor for my Macbook. Zoom used to recognize the camera on the monitor as one of the camera options, but in the last few weeks, it's not showing up anymore and only recognizes the camera on the MacBook. Google Meet is now doing the same.

Internet research has told me to check settings to allow camera access to both apps (which I've done), but still nothing. Anyone know what the issue is and if there's a fix? Getting tired of giving the "up the nostril" look in all my remote meetings.

This same thing has happened to me. I upgraded to Zoom 5.17.0 and Ventura 13.6.3 and now Zoom no longer recognizes my Apple monitor's camera. Oddly, it does see the audio connection and I can choose that. Both are connected via the same cable so the video is the problem. This is super frustrating. I've been searching everywhere and no one has been able to offer a solution. I'm hoping some genius is out there who can solve the problem.
