Deleting Purchase History:

You Can't. With that being so, if you don't want someone to see your Purchase History, then consider changing your Apple ID Password, because if someone knows it and an login, then they can view it on their own time and will. Go here: Change your Apple ID Password - Apple Support

You cannot delete your purchase history, but you can hide it. Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support
