Everytime i call somone it say "sorry this facility is unavalible to you" and hangs up. I can’t even text people with an android. i have lycamobile and they’re blaming it on apple meanwhile Apple is blaming Lycamobile. It’s been 5 days someone please help.

Seeing this, you have run out of services, or no longer have the services available for calling.
