I found keyboard can not change input by 'capslock' successfully everytime, so I turn on slow keys and set the shortest. But now, the repeat function when I pressed key is not working.

Do you have the same problem with the internal keyboard? Or just the external one?
Does the external keyboard not have an FN key? That is the same as Globe normally.

Try the alternative ways to change input, namely control space and globe/fn.
if I don't turn on slow keys, then ctrl+space either no response sometimes, btw, I use external keyboard, so there's no global key
yes, the internal keyboard has this issue.
the FN key of the external keyboard only for the layer2 key, not same as global/fn key of internal keyboard
