Incomplete iCloud Backup! URGENT

My iPad was broken and I was looking towards fixing it through AppleCare, I visited the local store and they told me to come back later due to no stock on my device. As for the iCloud Backup, it was still processing at around 90% when I had around half an hour before the given deadline. A friend took my iPad and head to the store before me since I was preoccupied at the time. I had alerted them ahead of time that the backup was incomplete, the store employee also noted this to them and when they had arrived at the store, I called them to see if they could wait for the backup to complete, (which was estimated to be about 20 minutes). They asked the employee, to which apparently, the employee said that they had just “deleted it”, my friend took that for complete, paid and exchanged my old device for my new one.

I am now stuck with a new device that has completely new factory settings and no way to access the previous settings/information as I am unable to load the incomplete backup.

I would like to know if anyone has a fix to this? I had years of information, including work stuff and other personal details within that I need to find back.
