52.99 purchase from apple.com on my debit card, no record of the purchase on my apple account

and i cant even request a refund because it doesn't show up on my apple account, but apple.com took out 52.99 saudi ryals from my account. what's the deal and how do i get a refund? the "report a problem" link will not/does not work because the charge doesn't show up on apple so please don't suggest that.

That means there was not a purchase on your Apple ID. Either somebody else used your card for a purchase at Apple, or else there was no purchase at all, just a scam message. Follow up with your bank and see what is really going on with the card.

Does it show up as a real charge on your account? If it was only an email or message, figure out if it is real or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you. Phishing messages falsely claiming that you have a big charge from Apple are unfortunately very common.

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


But if it is a real charge on your account, follow the steps in here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
