What if macOS wont fully install?

Usually it means that the file got corrupted during the download because Wi-Fi was used. It is too slow for these very large files. Use a wired Ethernet connection and do another download and it should go well. If this is not possible, you may have to do multiple downloads until you get a good one that will install properly.
