10.1.1 Did not solve problem of battery drain on Apple Watch

Waited a few days before updating and decided to chance it this morning. My watch battery promptly dropped by 4% in about two minutes when it is normally down only about 15% after a few hours (with “always on” turned off). I had originally fixed the battery drain from WatchOS 10.1 by deleting MobyFace, so I went ahead today and deleted the remaining three (only had three!) 3rd party apps from my watch (Starbucks, Shazam, and Sky Guide). I restarted my watch after deleting the apps. Battery seems to be back to normal again since it has now been holding at 95% for the last hour after the initial post-update battery drain. I am very disappointed with Apple right now. I’ve only had my series 8 since August 2023, so it should still be good as new (it IS new!). I don’t think I will ever buy another Apple Watch once this one is done. I was hoping to have this one for at least a few years yet… we’ll see what happens with all these ridiculous updates! I’m certainly not updating my watch next time since those updates seem to work like a self destruct button. :(

10.1.1 has been a disaster for me too on my Series 5 and I had no battery probs before this update. I’m now having to charge twice a day. I used to have 50-60% battery in the morning, now I have 20%. I’ve no third party apps either 😳 Apple please fix this.
