MacBook Air M1 not booting or startup options not working

Question... maybe someone can help me...

I have a Macbook Air M1.

Stuck on loop boot (3-4 times) then waits on "support.apple.com/mac/restore for a minute or so, then tries again.

I have tried Apple Configurator and Tenashare Reiboot Pro. No luck in recovering data, no luck in reviving, restoring, upgrading, nothing... 

Now i want to boot from the flash drive... but your method doesnt work. It just shows the load bar, for a sec, then reboots and starts the whole process again..

On Apple Configurator, i get "need to restore" then error message "system cannot be restored on this device" with failed to restore devive in recovery mode. Libisbrestore error 2006 com.apple.MobileDevice.MobileRestore - 0x7D6 (2006)
