How do you measure YouTube loudness?

This is how I measure the loudness value every time after editing. I would like to learn other methods, so could you please let me know?

1. Create snapshot

2. Select all clips

3. Compound clip

4. Apply multimeter to compound clip

5. Open multimeter from inspector

6. Play it back and measure the LU-I (average value). Return to the timeline and fine-tune the volume to about -17 to -18LU-I

7. Be sure to delete the snapshot after measurement. *To prevent accidental editing
