Can't turn on my old phone
I tried to use my old iPhone and when I tried to turn it on, all it showed was the iTunes and the cable icon.
What does it mean and how do I fix this?

Sounds like your iPhone is in recovery mode. You will need to use a computer to reinstall iOS.
