is the 20W USB-C Power Adapter included with a new iPhone?
I just received a new iPhone 13 and there is no 20W USB-C Power Adapter to use with the cable. How am I supposed to charge my new phone?

Apple stopped providing power adapters with their iPhones years ago ... so, no, there shouldn't be one included with your phone. If you purchased it directly from Apple you would have been provided that information.
